Refund policy

We hope that you love your purchases however if you are not entirely happy with your ready made product we will happily accept a return for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from original payment date. Contact us to arrange a return of your product by emailing daniel@studioaddelam.co.uk.

We will only accept returns on ready made products which are returned in new and unused condition.

We do not accept returns on made to order or customised items.

If you return your purchase after the periods outlined above we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund delivery charges – you will be entitled to a full refund, provided you meet the terms of the above policy. We are unable to refund delivery charges for your returns unless items are faulty. We suggest all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery Service and retain proof of postage.
